📦 1. Ordering & Payment

Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm.
We accept: Credit/Debit Cards.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

⚠️ 3. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please notify us of any allergies or restrictions when placing your order.
We do not operate in an allergen-free kitchen.
We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens, even with special requests.

🚗 4. Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery available for an additional fee.
Delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed. You will be notified when your order is on its way.
If no one is available to receive the order, we may leave it at the location.

🧊 5. Food Handling & Storage

Refrigerate meals promptly upon receiving them.
Follow storage instructions included with your order.
We are not liable for food safety once the order has been delivered or picked up.

🛡️ 6. Liability

By ordering, you agree Heart and Flame Meal Prep Co is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
We are also not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, power outages, etc.).

📸 7. Photos & Marketing

We may use photos of your meals for promotion unless requested otherwise.
Tagged customer content may be re-shared on our social pages.

Major changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
