Chef Phoenix, currently a student at the Culinary Institute LeNotre, is living with congestive heart failure while awaiting a heart transplant. Instead of letting this challenge define him, he chose to rise. With strength, passion, and purpose, he began adapting his lifestyle, embracing a heart-healthy meal prep routine, and diving deep into his culinary education. Chef Phoenix focuses on Health and Cuisine with guidance from experienced nutritionists and dietitians.
At home, Phoenix’s meals became fuel for more than just survival; they became inspiration. As Giifted, his partner in life, took those prepped meals to work, co-workers took notice, and so did a deeper calling. The two realized they had something powerful to share—more than just food, but also community, accountability, and encouragement.
